Tasks
As a Customer Care Manager in the B2B area, you play a crucial role for our company because you facilitate the dialog between ONLOGIST and our users. You are active on all communication channels, provide information about our software, collect feedback, respond to criticism and help with specific questions directly in the system. As a direct point of contact with users, you will support our marketing team in implementing a consistent brand identity.
Qualifications
- You are an enrolled student.
- You have an excellent command of written and spoken German.
- You have a quick grasp of things and good analytical skills.
- You enjoy working independently and in a structured manner.
- You are helpful and patient. Nothing can rattle you!
- Ideally, you are tech-savvy and feel at home in the MS Office world.
